Boston Cyberarts 2011 Festival Event

Members of ArtSynergies, Mary Doering, Barbara Ford Doyle, and Martine Jore, are redefining digital printmaking. Their images are disassembled, collaged, and reconstructed. Pigment inks are printed onto flexible film plates which are hand transferred to paper, wood, or fresco surfaces. Their art successfully fuses traditional printmaking techniques with innovative computer processes. For the first time, "TRANSFERmations" extends the Cyberarts Festival from Greater Boston to Cape Cod by exhibiting the digital work of these three women.
